3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Full Refund – Available for defective or incorrect items
Partial Refund – Applied if an item shows signs of use or damage not caused by GKBM
Store Credit Option – Customers can opt for store credit instead of a refund for faster processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where GKBM is at fault.

We allow one-time exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, customers may choose an alternative item or receive a refund.
